Dan Miller is a singer who was (born September 4, 1980) in Laconia, New Hampshire to Angela and Mark Miller. His father is a plant manager for a manufacturing facility and his mother is a homemaker. Dan was born in New Hampshire, but was raised primarily in Ohio. He has been singing and dancing since he was young. Dan is the eldest of four children from a non-musical family.
When he was about 19 or 20 years old, he auditioned for the band O-Town but didn't make it. Shortly afterwards, one of Otown's group members (Ikaika) made the choice to quit and leave. Lou Pearlman and the rest of the O-town group members all picked Dan to be Ikaika's replacement. He has been writing music, touring, performing and singing with the group ever since.
In 2003 O-Town broke up due to the low sales from their second studio album, O2, and following the band's drop from J Records. Since the breakup of the band Miller has continued to do singing and songwriting. In 2004 he married Erin Miller and settled down. Dan joined O-Town again in January 2011 when the band reunited without Ashley Parker Angel.
